Sure-Look Homes Inspections is a company with integrity. Because we want to provide you with a thorough and unbiased property inspection, we do not perform repairs on any property we inspect. No mixed motives…therefore, a report you can trust. All of our inspectors are highly trained professionals and welcome your presence during the inspection.

• Your presence is encouraged at all or part of the inspection. Allow 2-3 hours for a typical inspection.
• Payment is due at the time of the building inspection.
• There will be an additional fee of $85 to bill escrow.
• The courtesy of a 24 hr. notification of any cancellation is requested. An $80 fee will be charged for “same day” cancellations.
