WHAT IS A PROPERTY INSPECTION?
- A property inspection is a professional, objective, visual evaluation of the current condition of the property and its major systems and does not include cosmetic improvements. It is important to understand that a property inspection is not a guarantee of any kind or a municipal code inspection. Property inspection reports may also indicate areas of preventive maintenance for the buyers information. These maintenance items do not obligate the seller for additional repairs (Refer to your Real Estate contract.)

A COMPREHENSIVE REPORT…
S.L.H. utilizes a computerized reporting system that is detailed, comprehensive, and easy to understand. This system classifies the inspection findings into categories identifying major and minor deficiencies, concerns and recommendations (delivered “on-site” at conclusion of inspection). Report also includes color photographs of major conditions. Positive features of the property are also described and cosmetic and routine maintenance items are included in the report as a courtesy.
